We pay you while you learn, we train you every morning, and we promote from inside.
No fine print. This is the job.
We screen hard because our partners' brands go out the door with you. Four steps, and you are paid from the moment training starts.

Every rep clears a background check and carries verified identification in the field.
You spend time in the field with a veteran rep and see the job done for real. Observation only: you watch, you do not work.
Hired and paid. Product, pitch, compliance and objection handling, all of it before you knock anything.
Every rep goes through SocialRise Sales University. Here is exactly how it goes.
Shadow a veteran rep in the field and learn the craft at real doors.
Your own territory. This is where objection handling stops being theory and your close rate climbs.
Consistent numbers, real commission, and the best reps start training the next intake.
The route up is simple. Produce, then teach the next person to produce.
Your own territory and your own numbers. Base plus commission from day one.
You take a crew, run the morning training, and earn on their production as well as your own.
Your own contract, your own market, your own team. Ownership, not a title.
Not a résumé. Four years of hiring has made the pattern obvious.
The people who last treat rejection as information, not injury.
You're not selling, you're helping. That only works if you enjoy the conversation.
Talent is common here. Consistency separates a good month from a good year.
Same job, same training, completely different starting points.
Two minutes. If it looks like a fit, someone from the team calls you within 7 days.
Field sales representative · $55k–$105k a year possible · $20 an hour plus commission · 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday · Trained every morning · Your own territory · Read the full job ↑
No. Most of our strongest producers had never sold anything. The training exists precisely because we hire on character and coach the skill.
Not to start. You are paid $20 an hour plus commission, so you earn while you learn. Reps who consistently hit top-producer numbers can move to a commission-only plan that pays more per sale.
35 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Evenings are when people are home, which is when the money is made.
It happens, and it is not typical of every rep. Earnings depend on the campaign, the market and how consistently you work. Ask us for real numbers on your interview — we will walk you through what reps in your market actually earn.
It helps in some markets and is not required in others. We cover travel and pay mileage when you are deployed outside your home territory. Tell us your situation on the application and we will be straight with you.
Mainly telecommunications services for national providers, with other campaigns across home services, solar, insurance and automotive depending on the season and the province.
You keep producing, and the best reps start training the next intake. From there the path is sales leader, then director running your own contract.
